“Individuality, self-expression and status are more important than ever these days,” suggests Max Siedentopf, a photographer from Amsterdam. “But for some reason, things as ordinary as cars are getting personalized less and less.”
Fair enough. So, using cardboard and masking tape, Max took to the streets and gave some random cars his own version of an ‘upgrade’. Why? Well, according to the man himself, it’s a “strange but great form of self-expression. I thought I’d do people a favor by giving them a custom-made supercar.”
Well there you go. Here are 9 cars bearing Max’s ‘signature’ look.

We don’t know about you, but in our opinion, this car’s ‘upgrade’ gives it a ‘thieves just stole my tires and left the car propped up on bricks’ look – a pretty familiar sight to those from either Liverpool or Manchester in England.
